Hi everyone so today I went to pull my parking brake and it broke. It looks like the wire with the clevis that comes off the two cables isn’t attached to the lever anymore. Which part do I need to attach the parking brake lever to the yolk that comes off of the two cables? Is it this part? https://914rubber.com/new-parking-brake-pin-for-yoke

That should do it.

Remove the seat and see what actually broke. I have never seen a cable or pin break. The pun wears the hole in the handle and can wear completely through.

I did remove the seat and unbolted the shifter. Nothing looks broken except for this pin that fell out. I’m assuming it’s what connects the cable to the lever, this is it

Looks like the pin [head] broke.

You might be able to find a new clevis pin that will work at your local ACE Hardware store. Mine has a pretty good selection of them.

Yep but I think the clevis will be all hogged out and oval if the head and clip ends are buggered on the pin ..just saying, ,zip over to WTB and replace all the parts, cheers.

Use a clutch clevis pin. Works better.
