I know the bumper laws dictated some of the changes

I know up through and including '74. I have never removed a BUB from a '75 or '76, but I suspect they do not have the rubber dog bones because they have a shock of some sort between the bumper and the body. beerchug.gif

The dog bones are a mounting spacer
Tits are what became regulated for US crash standards. Not dog bones
Started n 73 on the front. Then 74 both front and rear

It’s been a long time since I messed with a 75/76 bumper. But don’t think they had dog bones

No dog bones on 75 bub. Shock mounts through hole in front panel, square mounting pad with rubber gasket mounts to metal sub bumper. Rubber bumper cover covers whole thing…. Similar on rear…
