Mark I’m struggling to see how this would mount? Does it hang entirely from the fender hole?
I will have to look later today.
I have an electric antenna (Hirschman) in my car. It hangs from the fender and there is also a strap that secures the large body to the inner fender.

Had one on my 73 back in the 90's and it was mounted just like this.
