... this week, needed transportation! The Cayenne is in the body shop, the Cayman has a dead battery, so the teener is my daily driver for a while. Pulled off the cover, disconnected the battery tender and she started on the first try! Haven't driven the Cayman or teener in the last 4 months here in KY, salty road season, although that hasn't been much of a problem this year. The old girl, named Dad's Mistress, was quite ready to hit the roads again, and has a fine functioning heating system!

thats what they are made for, drive it!! you might not care if the Cayenne is fixed or not.

Not very often my 914 comes to the rescue. Usually only when I'm wrenching on something else and get stuck.

Once upon a time I would drive 914's rain, snow etc. Today, only dry days = not enough.
