If that's where you're getting the shipping estimate, then it's likely a shipping system mis-estimate. Send an email to their main contact; they'll adjust it accordingly to suit the small box.

Of course, the biggest problem with "just getting that one thing" with them is that it's like going to Harbor Freight to "just buy one tool": I always walk out with $150-200 worth of stuff.
