Can anyone give me some info on the parts shown in the picture (#4). Looking for the dimensions and the material, trying to put together a car I bought disassembled and I don’t have that part and it’s NLA so trying to make one. Car is a 1971.
Thanks

It is just a rubber pad. Make it out of what you want.

I agree.
Or don't put anything there at all.
When tightened the column is solidly mounted and the rubber sueezes to nothing.

Thanks guys, how thick is it? I tried just using some sound deadening material but seems like it needs more space to allow the dash trim to install properly. I’m sure I have some rubber laying around I can use
