so thanks for the help guys on the high beams thats sorted, so today i moved onto indicators

i have indicators all working and hazzards too , so am happy, but !!! when i turn off the turn signals and nothing is on but the ignition , my relay clicks away and the dashboard indicator lights flash together like the hazzards are on (no external lights come on) however , so basically all indicators work , but when all are off and ignition is on the flasher just clicks away

Proper function is to light the indicator for the side of the car the lever is pushed to, it does not flash. Usage is when parked on a dark road the indicator would be seen as a solid light warning a driver that something is parked by the side of the road, German thought process.

Somehow the power is applied to the relay coil with the ignition off.
