I'm looking to rent/borrow a 2 axel car trailer for half a day in San Jose, Ca. Ideally Sunday morning 8/14/05, but on such short notice the following weekend is good.

I want to move a project car, 1965 Tempest w/o engine, transmission, or front group. Approx. 3000lbs.

My tow vehicle is a 2005 Tacoma Dbl Cab with a class 4 hitch & 6500lb tow capacity.

Well U-haul did not come through again.
I made another reservation this weeek for a auto-transport trailer. The reservation was comfirmed by the UHaul regional office and the pick-up site. I go to pckup the trailer at the agreed to time Saturday morning and no trailer again.

So, again I'm asking "to rent/borrow a 2 axel car trailer for half a day in San Jose, Ca". Saturday 8/20, or next weekend 8/27-28.

Just call a tow company...flat bed truck.

Sure it'll cost a bit more, but it'll get done in 1/4 the time and no hassle. Oh and BTW, it'll get done.
