Hi Team,

Replacing the TB gasket, I noticed an uneven gap between the plastic/rubber spacer and the manifold. I suspect it should be snuggly mated to the manifold surface, so what gives? I gently whacked it with a mallet, but it didn’t move. Force it down into place, or is there a larger problem?

The piece below the gasket is the steel TB mounting flange, and is part of the steel center manifold. The gap below it is normal.

Sweet! Thank you. Had never noticed it before.
