Could this be set up and operated as 2 separate systems rather than a dual plug system?

I have no need for dual plug system but I was just looking for a MSD 6A.

Of course, it just didn't occur to me to separate them.

I have a special MSD toggle switch that allows for two Seperate MSDs.I had my car set up with the switch and two MSDs until I switched to the 1-2-3 Ignition
