Does anyone have the rennline track mats? Any pictures? How to you like them?

They seem like they are 100% flat but the 914 floor isn't totally flat with the carpet out...

I've only seen those metal track mats installed over carpet - never on the metal floorboard.

I have them on my 930, they Velcro to the floor, they fit nicely but “float” above the raised contours on the floor. The do, neaten things up. It’s been a hit and miss at autocross/track days sometimes tech lets you keep them in, sometimes they see it at a floor mat that needs to be removed…

I put my carpeted floor mats on top of them when street driving, the mats move around a bit with pedal work, not enough to impede driving, annoying, but just need to slide it back into place at stop light. I like them enough not to remove them, but don’t think I’ll be getting any for my 914, will probably use a durable spray beeliner to keep things looking nice in the 914.

They are nice and neat but I found them to be a bit slippery. Sold them on.

You need to arrive at tech with your carpeted floor mats.

I think I'm going to trim up some rubber mats like some of the race/GT cars had, give better grip. I can trim it up better too, the passenger pan looks like it is designed with the foam footwell.

Post pics and where you sourced the material? Have been thinking about doing this for a while on my GT tribute. Current floor covering is trunk liner and satin black paint ;-)
