has anyone use one of these Magnetic Induction Heater to help remove old nuts
on heat exhcanger ?

Yes. I have an expensive one - Mini-Ductor Venom It works works when you don't want an open flame. Otherwise, a Mapp torch is my go-to. The metal coils are consumable and expensive to replace.

I've used them before in a shop...concentrated heat which was very effective for things that a torch would adversely affect the surrounding area.
Just have to be careful with your application as it's not a fancy soldering iron but a very hot tool and can turn a nut etc red hot fast.
