Elvira is registered for the Saturday morning Parade Laps.

I was going to do it again but, at the risk of being a whiner, I liked it better when it was during the lunch break. It will get you in ahead of the crowds for one day so maybe a good trade.

You have to have a Corral Pass to buy a parade lap.

Yes you need the corral pass and I’m looking for one as missed my chance to purchase before they sold out for 914. I’m bringing my son and was hoping to give him the full
Rennsport experience with corral and parade laps. If possibly someone has one they can’t use I’m definitely a buyer.

Only Friday and Saturday are sold out. Still plenty of room on Thursday and Sunday as long as you have a corral pass and bring a Porsche.

I booked Sunday morning. Nice outing before I drive home.

Maybe if we all book without the corral passes, they’ll just have to let us in

LOL I may be somewhat infamous as one of the only guys who ever needed to be towed-in from parade laps! At RRVI 2018 my fuel pump cut out due to a wiring connection coming apart at a really bad moment... I think I've been towed off track 4x over the years, 2x out of fuel, 1x tire blowout, plus this embarrassing one.

In 2018 we were following a 356 and he dove into the pits on the first lap.

In addition to parade laps, I wish they still did helicopter rides.. This was a fun moment in time!

FYI - If you can limp your race car (with a broken transmission) to the top of the Corkscrew, it is easy to coast back to the paddock.
