Trying to understand your question, but it’s not clear to me what’s going on.

This is your second thread posting the same cryptic question. Please elaborate on what the problem is. Pictures help a lot to help us see what might be wrong.

If you're asking will a cantilever clutch pully set up will help a weak clutch engage stronger...

Not a snowball's chance in hell!

Those are commonly installed for increased ground clearance or increased exhaust clearance (or both!)

As long as the clutch is good both the original (in good non-sticking shape) and the flopped over set ups will have exactly the same clutch engagement.

New disc?
Was the flywheel cut. ( I’ve seen them cut wrong before)
