I came across my early front bumper which has the GT oil cooler modification done. It appears to be a clean, straight bumper in decent shape. It should do well either at a chrome shop or paint shop - your preference. What you see is what you get. I know these typically cost $400 to $500 just to modify for the oil cooler opening; how about $495 plus shipping?
If I just bubble wrap it well and put a lebel on it, I would guess about $75 in shipping in the USA.
I took a bunch of pictures so you can see front, rear, etc.
