I have a couple different sets. The research I did for Bushings with a MO2578 number said rear trailing arm bushing but I will double check.
The ones standing upright (mushroom) look like the 914Rubber trailing arm bushings.

They are all the same. I just flipped 2 upside down. Pivot shaft fits the opening diameter of the bushing. Click to view attachment
