This year with new front shocks the car is not easy
to spin any more.

Yesterday was the closest this year to spinning, I
did a huge ~45 degree slide at the AX and somehow
didn't lift and brought it back.

It doesn't look as wild as it was in real life biggrin.gif

AX slide .WMV 1.5Mb

I have no limited slip so this doesn't really happen much. Before
this run the tires were up to a stable temp, and after it the right
rear went up 1.5 pounds, wonder why smile.gif

Enjoy

Hehehehe... I did that with my E30 BMW, if you watch this video, near the end I did a nice oversteer in the begining of the last "S" turn... In the previous video I actually drifted thru the whole "S"...

But, that is with stock LSD and rock-hard 195/65R-14's... smile.gif

Sliding and Squealing...

Naw, you just need more hp for more power slide.... wink.gif

Really that wasnt a very long powerslide. You did have very good control over it though.

I know when the back end comes around in the 944 turbo, (on the old R tires) its just no end to the spinning... IM glad we switched over to the hoosiers for autox.

Hee,Hee....just a bobble. Good catch, tho.

I did a killer at about 70 in a 3rd gear slalom at Packwood.
When the sand & shittage came over the door, into the car, it scared the shit outta me. I went & looked, the crap was about 30 feet off line with big black marks thru it. Ugly....needless to say I didn't catch that one.....but had plenty of time to get both feet in biggrin.gif
