Rather than dig up a bunch of old threads, I thought I would put my questions here.
If any of these have already been answered, I must have missed it.

1.) We need to see pictures of both of the Bricks from the top of the Corkscrew.
2.) Mueller - what was in the widows garage?
3.) Korijo - did you get your bug fixed? smilie_rolli_1.gif
4.) ThemWyatts - what vanity plate did you decide on?
5.) Any progress on your project Grashopper? locust.gif
6.) Where's Lawrence? I have not seen him post in a while.

Hey John - next time I'm at Laguna I'll be taking a pic of them thar bricks for sure! I know I'll be there in October for the second race of the Porsche RS Spyder LeMans car. Maybe someone saw the bricks and took pics this weekend with the Historics and all?

grass hopper was moving to georgia, he may not be settled yet. i went to help get the car going again right before they where supposed to move but the harness in the car is too hacked to get running with the engine being l jet. basicly every wire that went to the engine and or starter has been cut and spliced when the car got carbed. also there are about 8 or 9 splices up under the dash, and i did not tear in to it.

i told him he should get a new harness for the car, that he would spend more time trying to fix the harness than he would replacing it

Thank you Mike and Scott for the updates regarding Rusty and Barry. pray.gif

Korijo was the first to sign up for one of my tee shirts but I haven't seen or heard from him since. I hope he's ok.

Lawrence is fine. I just got back from his place last night. We finished fixing the carbs on the six that we started in January, plus some other small items (like the ignition).

If you read all 5 books in the trilogy, the question is

"What is 6x9?"

The Goldafrinshins messed it up when they landed on Earth.....

Well after much thought, debate, input and already taken plates.

The chosen plate is:

2- LO4U

Thanks again for all of the great input and suggestions. They were all very good and I had a hard time deciding.

I got new rocker panels, seats, tires, just waiting on the plates to come in. My car looks totally different! Will send pics when the plates arrive!

I stumbled upon a treasure of 914's, sitting in an open field. 5 of them to be exact! I plan to take a day off of work and spend the day going through them. 2 are in great shape, the other 3 have some original salvagable parts! May wind up with 3 914's, by the time this is all said and done! (one of them is a 6!) I found EVERYTHING I needed. With the exception of sharp wheels. But there is an original set that could use some sandblasting and possibly chrome?

I was so excited to stumble upon this little find. They haven't been touched in 12 years! The owner of these little gems said that a guy came by then to get a light cover off of one of them.
I will keep you all posted.

Geoff, let me know if you want company on the trek out I90 and I'll meet you somewhere around 90x405. I'd like to meet Korijo.
