Can anyone tell me which side of this deal goes into the strut tube first? Wire spring side first or non wire spring side?

That looked like a “GreenTop” seal, I have two on the bench. So I tried to remove one of the seals and I was working from the inside with a screwdriver and out pops the spring. So it looks like the spring goes at the bottom. @jmargush
