Hard to make a judgement about anything in 16 seconds of video and narrative from only one side of what is represented as being the consequence of road rage. In my experience it nearly always takes two idiots to get to that point. Always best to drive away and let the offending party have their accident somewhere else. Hope nobody got hurt.
