Just put in a new voltage regulator, the car is now putting out 15 volts when I rev the engine. Seems like too much? This is on an 81 SC engine.

Anyone have any thoughts? Is this the correct output?

Thanks for your help!

13.5 to 14.5 volts is normal.

um...didnt somebody do a mod to allow for a solid-state regulator to be used??

Mod? What mod is needed?

Just get the replacement solid-state voltage regulator (Borg-Warner part number R588) at a FLAPS; plug and play.
