In parts “bin”…….could well be for a six but can’t put my finger on it.
Any ideas?

A fitzer valve? biggrin.gif . Looks like something to do with the crankcase vent

the short length hose attaches to the oil filler neck.
the metal elbow goes around behind the support for the engine lid stops.
a long piece of the same hose extends to the T on the rear of the OE air filter

Your note made me wonder... what year did we meet ?
The pic shows the car that I've owned since 1984.
Still going strong. In fact I'm going to drive it to Lime Rock for a two day PCA
DE on the 24th and 25th !! Whooo Whooo !!

No worries…..y’all cleared up my question. And funny thing your car is just like my original 6. Bought in 81 but unfortunately sold in 89. That detail photo gave me exactly what I needed……Thanks
