Are there 2 versions of calipers??

Just separated the rear caliper, removed the pistons and found NO adjuster seals.

The outer adjuster has just a flat that sets into the caliper body and the inside has nothing under the cup when the cir-clip is removed.

Look really close at the adjuster.

I just did my rears last weekend and thought the same thing. I talked to Eric Shea and he pointed out that because the o-ring is so small and the adjuster so old it looks like there isn't one. I picked at mine with a dental pick and sure enough there was one on it.

Found it - buried in the goo.
