Thing I don't like about billet knobs is they get egg-frying hot if the car sits in the sun with the top off, and very cold overnight in the winter. I much prefer wood shift knobs.

Cover it with leather.....

I really like 'em! I've had steel ones in my VW and, yes, it does get VERY HOT/VERY COLD but that's why I have driving gloves -- besides, it's not that often it gets that way in northern Oregon. And the temp does become quite reasonable after a little driving

OHHHH that looks real nice. I just ordered my Rennshift and also ordered the billet shift knob to go with it. If I had seen this before I would have ordered it as well. I may order one just for keepsake.

I've looked at them before and thought about getting one. I like them but I always find something I need more.
