this lens compared to a stock lens is comparibly smaller...

i donno.
it does resemble the 356 'teardrop' light.
however - it also resembles an aircraft wingtip position light, e.g. from a Cessna 152 or 172.
check the aircraft catalogs...

MAYBE a combo of BOTH....the black metal frame around looks 356 and the rest could be the wing tip stuff....

Maybe this lens could be a viable solution for those who want the xenon gamma ray projector beam headlights in place of their turning indicators.

Nah....definately not a 356 tail light assembly...it's metal base is so different from the 356....but the lense shaped like a one!
Does the plane use strobe setup instead of what's on the picture?
