Zach brought his 914 over for me to look at with his newly powder-coated 15X8 Fuchs with new 225 Yokohamas all the way around. For those who don't know, this is the car I experimented on first for my video. We need to add a little more room in the front at some point by doing some more stretching. The wheels are hard to photograph, but they look really nice in person. Zach is looking for a 3.0+ 6 to put in it if anyone has one for sale.

The first photo shows that we might want to cut the front brace and pull the lower front part of the fender out a little....as we did for the rear....

Tell Zach to go the Big Four engine using a Jake kit! I know he has a 2.2L in it now but with hydro valves....... confused24.gif

John, ya tired of eating clams yet? We go to Moclips once a year so thats how often I'll visit you.

Forgive me tenners but I am a newbee.
Those flares appear to be the stock fenders that are stretched (body hammer?)
Or are those welded and filled? John Kelly is a master of metal , I would love to know how its done!! welder.gif

Hi Geoff,

Still moving. Multiple stepvan loads. No time for clams yet. It will be great to see you down there! It is a small world. Two different insurance agents I've talked to have been the Moclips...one in our motel, the other in one across the street.

Brotherbob,

The fenders are stretched. Here are three albums with more information:
