If you are attending the RRC I need to know your dinner preference so I can get back with the chef with some numbers on how many people will be ahving what. It makes it more difficult for them if everyone wants steak and they do not know in advance.

A. Beef: 10 oz New York strip with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and baked potato and your choice of veggie.

B. Chicken: sauteed, breaded 10 oz chicken breast with Teriyake pineapple with rice pilaf and choice of veggie.

C. Grilled Salmon: with Rasberry mango sauce, rice pilaf and choice of veggie.

Please let me know your preference so I can let the chef know what to expect - A, B or C

Fish with mango sauce? YuK!

I talked to the chef and we are going to do (at least) 20 steak, remainder dived amongst chicken and fish.

It's a number to start from.
