So, the A/C suddenly goes out on the Jeep. And since it had a steering vibration issue anyway...I swung into the dealer and had them check it out:

$400 for a new evap core
10 hr @ $88/hr
$45 each for newshocks & 4 hours to install!

What a bunch of crooks. I'm picking the Jeep up and I'll fix it myself.

Steering vibration...BTDT..balance the wheels first...then change the steering shock...aftermarket from CarQuest...hecho in Mexico, but it works....not a true OE fit.

The evaporator coil you should be able to get aftermarket.

Shocks are no problem
