cliff notes version... it's not good, you get what you pay for... your paying for crap and that's what you get when you buy from them

This is a GEX engine i believe..

Do homework on GEX on about any air cooled forum....

I've taken apart 3 GEX low mile engines.
By the time I fixed things right each customer could of had a nice 2056cc+ performance set-up.

Do it right...cry once.

I got a 1776cc long-block through them via ebay I beleive....

it did well in my bug....snappier motor then the blown 1915cc that came outta it...

the 1776cc didnt hunker down when I nailed it, as much as the 1915cc did, but it had some GIDDYUP! fo sho....

BTW....im not advocating ANYTHING for them just relating MY experience
its a numbers game tho, they gotta make 1 good one, for every couple shitty ones..!
