i've tried calling restoraton design like 10 times now, and they never pick up.... leave a message, and never return call.....now last night, i go to leave a message, and there answering machine is full whats going on here??

RD is kinda famous for that... Hard to get a hold of, but good quality parts. I think they're a one or 2 person operation, not sure though. Keep trying

That's true. Not enough people. But once Bill answers the phone, the service is the best. I try to call him many times over the cours eof a day and I have always been successful.

There are quite a few pieces of sheet metal on my /6 from RD.

I was talking to Bill on friday, yes he is busy. Glad to hear good things about his products, I ordered a ton of stuff and will probably need more. I think I will be a candidate for most extensive and expensive restoration!!
