I haven't seen many cars with the 9 in front flare and the 11 in rear flare, just curious on how much different they look than th 7in/9in flares.

slight hijack, how do you measure flare width??
From the inner arch lip to the frame? Or is there somethign else to it.

Not sure how big these are, but I've seen the car in person. It really seems absurd, for a street car anyways. People would be walking into them all the time in parking lots.

factory steel flares....
I believe the "width" is based on rim size or tire size that'll fit* using standard 911 wheel offsets.
*or what the factory fit, since 8" or wider will fit in the front depending on offset
