Can some one describe the process by which you "PULL"
the hub into new bearings.

I heated the arms in the oven, got on the oven mits grabbed one arm and ran like hell for the garage. I froze the bearings. I went back and grabbed the bearings and dropped them in the arms. One side needed a bit of persuassion. I drew the stub axle through the bearing with washers and the big nut as I remember. Been a while. As I remember, I had an uncomfortable feeling in my bowels cause I was worried about ruining the bearings.

The reason you pull them in is because you need to support the backside of the bearing, otherwise it will fall apart on you.

This is how you set it up:

nut - big washer - bearing - hub - big washer - nut and threaded rod thru the whole thing.
