pedal board i know about....
does anybody make the shifter bushings out of bronze?
if they did, i bet that firewall bushing is a mother to put in.

I think there is one shifter bushing available in bronze.. I think it's the one at the rear of the sideshift linkage. not 100% sure though.

This is the only bronze shift bushing I could find....about three times the cost of a plastic one, but should last literally forever.

if going to school for Mechanical Eng, don't they let you have access to the machine shop?
just make your own....
for that price (which is way too much), I'd go with this one:

I made cup bushings and a firewall bushing from teflon impregnated bronze.
Delrin might work also, plus its cheaper to machine.
Buy the bronze one for the side shifter braket from PP.
The cup bushings can stay plastic...
The firewall bushing made a huge difference for my car...
I measured the rods outside measurements and made the bushing to match plus 2/100
It is awesome and worth the time.
Its fastened to the firewall with two large rivets, simple install.
Do a search here for my name and bushings...I posted pics about a year or two ago.
