didn't think much of them at first, but they're kinda growing on me
plus they were cheap and fairly lightweight

the front 8J's fit nicely with a 21mm spacer

not too bad....I'd paint them or detail them to give them some life.....

killer deal !!!!!

Unless they're actually multi-piece wheels, the bolt heads ruin it for me. I'd like them ass a one piece wheel.

i dunno... mabey wink.gif

I agree that they could use some spiffing up with some color. OZ makes a good wheel from what I hear....looks are secondary to lightness & strength.....my .02

Those are rice, um, er, nice. wink.gif

Look like the Speedlines on my Audi 90 20v. Coupe Quattros had them as well. The Cap'n

nope... real deal 3 piece wheels
once I figure out what color(s) the car will be, I'll have the wheels painted to match biggrin.gif

When you say paint, you do mean just the centers, right? That will make 'em look pretty good I think.

wheels with caps that cover the lugs arent for race cars smile.gif

ok wiseass... here's without the hubcabs biggrin.gif

painting just the centers would mean I'd have to take the wheels apart (which means getting new bolts/nuts, new gaskets and hope they are airtight after I put them back together)
and I would have to polish the outer rim halfs (and I hate polishing)

so I'll prolly have them blasted and paint 'm all one color
Aaron Cox
thats more like it yaroon...

and thats MR wiseass laugh.gif

I like them. Nice looking rims.

because it turned white with the rest of the car....when they sprayed it! biggrin.gif

Great lookin' wheels Jeroen! Definitely paint the centers to match....or polish the hell out of them! Nice catch!! beer.gif
Jacco
Hey good looking set of wheels!
maybe a good idea to have a flat round disc machined to cover the lugnuts, I personally don't like the centercaps with an elevated area looks kinda cheap especially if the area has the shape of a gaint nut screwy.gif but that's not the case as far as I can see from the pics.

Definately paint them to match or complement your car, light car dark wheels is something I personally like. Or dark car with polished wheels blink.gif but polishing was not an option rolleyes.gif

very nice score indeed

Nice score Jeroen. smilie_pokal.gif 3 piece wheels look great on a race car. Having spares is a good thing. I like those and the Gotti's better than BBS (if you don't have Fuchs).

I had that one out earlier this week to testfit a door and the front fenders, so I painted it while it was out biggrin.gif

Still have visions of 17" 3-piece Fuchs wheels, but those are not within my budget right now. Can't even buy one of those for what I spend on these 8 laugh.gif

Also have 2 6x16, 4 7x16 and 2 8x16 Fuchs

They look good.

Is that the colour your thinking of painting the car (orange)?

spare time toys
Those are the most hidious things I have ever seen. You need to box them up and send them to me as fast as you can so you will not have the shame of those on your car. cool_shades.gif I will place them on my car as an example to the world. lol2.gif lol2.gif

still undecided...

thinking of a 2 tone scheme
car either in silver or charcoal (sealgrey)
bottom in either yellow, signal orange or viper green

Silver with orange accents is a sweet combo. It just seems to work.

Great deal. You should paint them PINK! boldblue.gif

mostly mock up and temp installs

(it's about friggin' time too)

wheels look good just wait till you paint the car to play with them though.

that colour scheem would be great, wheels would look good in shadow chrome( its paint) silvery grey

but only my opinion $00.20
JeffBowlsby
The wheels look muscular Jeroen. Ever think about just leaving them the silver color they are? Why paint over the fasteners?
