Does anyone know the size of the rear shock mount bolt,
somewhere around 19MM?

The Nut is much bigger. I think it's like 24mm
the bolt body it's self is pretty big but Not near 19mm. Never really measured it. I know the bolt is damn hard and fine thread and Damn expensive. I got an extra if you need.

the 2 flats on the head, are 1" or 27mm iirc. maybe 1 1/8.....
nut is pretty mongo also...
