Those are Fiat 600 handles. A couple of places sell them. Try a google search, you'll find a bunch of places. I got mine from Original Fit Ineriors 541-459-1700. No website for them just call. I think I paid about 100.00 for the handles new vinyl and RSR leather door pulls, don't remember what the handles were by alone.

They are not very beefy the later RSA pull is stronger more modern though.

Yup - Fiat 600. Very fragile. I bought 3 pairs on eBay from a guy for $10/pair...
