I would suggest a front sway. 19mm would be fine if you don't go crazy with the rest of the suspension.
Do brits carve their cones out solid rubber? I think you'll find that if they are hollowed out, they will be a bit more compliant.

to replace that front valance you should go w/ an LE valance. they're only $70 from
Performance Products

I'd say get a 19mm front bar, and call it good for a start.
As for the cone strike? Was it cold out then? Cold cones have a tendancy to inflict some pain on body work. Less compliant, and sometimes they even shatter...

I'm with you on that one Daniel, standard steel ones retail for over $400 here in the UK , i think i can get the LE version for around $110 which is probably about the same with shiping and tax if i ordered from Perfomance Products.
It was quite cold out there, something like 5c, so i guess this hardened the cone somewhat, oh and combined with the speed i was travelling

I had the same problem as far as needing a sway bar on my teener but I already had one (it just wasn't adjusted very well). Here is a pic of mine before I adjusted it. It is a 19mm weltmeister.
After I adjusted it (3" from the end) I had one of the guys tell me that I was lifting my front wheel when making a hard turn. I was amazed at how it affected my teener. To be honest I think it was a very good learning experience for me to see how much it affected the handling of the car.

Thanks Darren and I also think you have a great looking car. Good luck on getting the front (and rear) set up.

Wow, only $70 for that LE valence? F/G or steel? That's worth it!
