What is the factory correct black paint for the front and rear and side valances? Is it a flat black, satin, etc? I don't really want to do a rattle can job. Am looking for a good, long lasting and tough paint for these items and be correct to the original as much as possible.

It's Satin black, I just did rattle can (Rustoleum satin black), but I'm a cheap SOB. Wurth is probably the closest to stock you'll find, again in Satin Black.

I used BBQ paint on rear, due to proximity to the exhaust. It looks very good, will probably do this for the rest too, bumper covers, side sills etc
