I got some 150lb springs off Ebay recently, but after looking at the stock springs, they seem to be a different diameter. Will these fit the stock spring perches, or do I need some threaded collars?

Here's what I got:

OD = 84mm (3.31")
ID = 65mm (2.56")
Length = 308mm (12.1")

They are red, with a tag that says "BEM 150"

So will they fit my Koni Reds, or is there more shopping in my future?

pics it is, then!

you need threaded colars for those
they won't fit your stock perches

Thanks Jeroen.

Is there an easy and cheap collar setup that fits? I understand thet the Coleman's have to be modified. Is there a "bolt on" option?

Colemans work perfectly fine.

Unless you have koni reds...

What shocks are you running?

Check the OD of the shock housing (dial guage works...), and check the ID of the Colemans perches..

BTW you can get those springs on stock perches if you want... you just need to welder.gif a little bit biggrin.gif

Good luck

have a friend with a lathe?

you could make some simple spacers to fit those to the stock perches
Jeroen
12" may be too long...
