Ok, been neglecting this issue for a while so i decided to recruit my wife for some trouble shootting. Here are the symptoms.
Left and right blinkers front and back work fine.
With Parking lights on - left blinker blinks a little slower but so does the left rear brake light. Right side works fine.
With brakes applied - left blinker blinks real slowly and in the rear the outside marker and brake light alternate. Right side works fine.
I have gone through the wiring for about 2 hours. Everything is wired correctly that I can tell. If I unplug the wire on pole 58 on the drivers LR then the blinkers work fine until I turn on my parking lights and I am back to square one. If I leave the wire off I have no parking lights LR.
I do not know where to look next. They blink slowly so could it be a parking light ground issue? is this located by the relay board?
Also, the poles on the LR brake housing do not match the Hayes manual. My housing has Poles ; First row closest to engine; 58, 54, RF - Second row closest to outside lens; L, I
Manual only show 58, 54, 49L
WTF?
