Trying to post a picture.
OK. Different picture from same file. This one worked but the other one (my car) wouldn't load. Could this mean something? Is my car, maybe, not really there?
I think maybe Andy has the "ugly car filter" on.

Revolution wheels, stock brakes in back and Bmr 320i brakes in front. I bought the brake rotors from Troutman in Temecula Ca. and they drilled them for me. I don't know why. I guess cause they look cool drilled.

I kinda liked the cammo zebra paint job. These pics were taken at the Ventura show this year. Next year, the featured car will be the 914. Be there or be...

Hey!! Lighten up on the Shalom. I actually got a ride in it once. Can you say AKSELERASHUN!!! Of course that was the only time I have seen it run. Maybe after I retire I will get another ride.

This post started because someone in another post was asking to see pictures of rust free California cars. I tried to post a picture of mine and it didn't work. Turns out it was too wide. 900 thingies. I resized it down to 800 thingies wide and voila. I am sooo getting the hang of all this computer $hit.

Hey Elliott, glad to see someone with their spoiler on the back of the trunk rather than half way up the lid.....looks nice.
The cammo/zebra was not part of the concours; but it got a lot of attention. Here's a shot...

Great looking car...really pretty.
I have one observation..something I learned from a very successful racer/driver...
I had my car sitting like yours...with a slight front rake...
You actually want it to sit with a slight rear rake...only about a 1/4 of an inch...it helps keep your rear end from lifting during heavy braking.
Even if you dont autox it...I would do it anyways...it is amazing what a difference it makes to braking...
give it a try..you can always put it back.
Measure from fender lip to top or rim...set the car 1/4 higher in the front...

Nice looking car. I think it would be even sexier if you removed the sail panel fabric and painted it to match the rest. Just an idea. Nice car!
