Hello anyone know the wiring connection for a Meyle relay? My original relay has poles 56, 56a, 56b and S the Meyle relay has 85, 86, 87 and 30. I'm not sure where to put the wires? Any idea?
Thanks,
Dan

The 30 terminal has a RD wire.
The 85 terminal has a BR/WH wire.
" 86 " has a RD/WH wire.
" 87 " has a BK/YW wire.

Hi,
I have attached a very large image of the relays in question. The one on the right is the original and the one on the left is the new meyle. Perhaps someone can read the wiring diagrams on the relays and let me know how I should hook up the new one.
Thanks,
Dan

Your new relay is a single contact on/off relay, it can't switch the hi/low beam circuit.

Dan, Your first post explains the opposite relay pin numbers than your last post.
Your new relay pin numbers go to wire colors as follows:
S to YW/RD
56 to RD/WH
56a to YW
56b to WH

Phil,
Thanks for your help the PO had 56a and 56b crossed. My original relay is working fine. Now I have brights that stay on!
