What's the next step ?
Looks like the 911 is going to need a special wire attachement; maybe a lead could be soldered to the end ?
Let's test them both in boilng water while hooked up to the 904 gauge. If your not ready to test, I can do both, and on both the 914 and VDO gauges

well...the 911 one will work.

id like to test the 914 one side by side with the 911 one... see if a resitor could be used...

or maybe i should just spend the 30 bucks on a new sender LOL
Aaron Cox
btw - the 911 sender has like a "glow-plug" connector like an rc plane motor.... where as the 914 one has a spade.... smile.gif

Perhaps someone else has been down this path already....

but alas...they are remaining quiet...

i think bleyseng and MXMARK both have 911 temp/pressure gauges in their cars.... they must have used the 911 sender.... with a funky connector..,,,

all is well jim. you are clear for takeoff smile.gif

the spade connector should slide right onto the round connector on the 911 sender, (if the diameter is the same as the width of the spade of course), i have the spade type connector on my 911 sender.
Bleyseng
Mine has the standard spade connector IIRC
Bleyseng
There are two 911 senders.....
