Not a trick guestion,just can`t remember how it comes off.I know there are 12 screws under the little plugs,but what else holds it on?

Can`t see anything holding it at the latches, are there screws that I`m not seeing?

Remove the side pad that has the sealt belt loop. The latches can stay but you will have to move the lever to a position that will let it drop down.

I can't tell you how many of these where I've found more than one screw in each hole. I guess the PO's couldn't find the one that was already there, so they tried to put a second in. You should be able to move it slightly at each screw area. If not, search around in there for the screw.
