Hey guys, first off I'd like to apologise for the 5 or 6 914s that I killed when I was a young pup.

With that out of the way ( and now you hate me )

I'm a VW/German head, had em all except the MB.

I currently drive a Corrado, yes the bastard stepchild of the VW world. It's my daily and she now has a proud 262,000 miles on her. I'll put up a couple of pics for ya.

The wife drives a 2001 Boxster sadly not an "S" but she loves it anyway.

I do know a bit about them so I'll try not to be your normal noob and help out when I can.

Foggy night and a palm tree in someones front yard does bad things to a 914s nose.

Also 40' drops off of hillsides where they have left a bunch of loose gravel just before a corner from roadwork should be avoided.

Yes the hunt is on, I think I have a lead on a 71 runner for about a G. I would have rather had a 73 but any early one will be fine, I can't stand the big bumpered cars.

I'm getting rid of my 81 VW pickup to fund the project.
