I have a new contact in France for a Rally License Plate deal.
We exchanged some photos also. He has this '67 Saab and the '68 Volvo.
One of his friends drives the 914. I told him to tell the guy about our Club.
I don't know anything else about the red flared teener.

Actually it was a pic from the 2004 TRE New Years Hangover Rally and the guy leaning on the 914 is the driver of the Volvo and the guy in the red shirt leaning over just finished after a long night of boozing.
