Nice car. But, the pics say it's a '71. Doesn't look much like a '71 to me.
Yeah, something is fishey. I think a PO played with the title a bit for some reason.

certainly doesn't look like a '71 ...
late style dash, '75 - '76 bumpers, wiper switch on the column instead of the dashboard, center console, fasten seatbelt light, no center vent on dash ...
all indicators for a later model car.
