Dont send email to his address. It autoreplies to you and then will spam you. When you reply to his email address it confirms that yuor "interested".

yeah, but you can fake your email address and then his server gets all those bounced emails and might overload one day ...

What if you put his email address in his own form. Maybe it will get into an infinite loop and blow up like a Star Trek robot.

It's a nice thought anyway.
