look in the local users/software/microsoft/windows/run directory
if you see anything that doesnt look familiar or doesnt have Mircrosoft in it, delete it.
also check out getting Microsoft Anti-Spyware software...it's a beta test (very good one indeed) on the
http://www.microsoft.com/ site...it's on the front page.
In order to use the software you must have a valid and legal copy of Windows XP.

I havent really looked into this worm specifically, but they're getting harder and harder to catch. Some worms are even being embedded into JPG files.
