Ok Computer and picture gurus I need your help. I'm trying to finally put some pictures up of the porsche but all of the files for the pictures in Kodak Photoshare that I have are too large. They exceed the 307200 allowed.
Is there any way to change the size of the file with this software? I tried going to the smallest photo size they offered but that didn't seem to make much of a difference and there doesn't appear to be a way to change the file size that I can see.

Thanks, But I don't have windows XP and doesn't seem to want to work with the version of Windows I have.

Anybody else got any suggestions. Very frustrating.

open whatever picture program you have...hit save as, and lower the resolution till the file size is less that 330k.
